Hi Everyone,
One of my all time favorite stamps sets is Avery Elle’s Winter Woodland stamp set – I have no idea how they could discontinue this set it’s the most adorable stamp set!
Image
I stamped this sweet little bunny onto Neenah Solar White, 110 lb, cardstock using MFT’s Extreme Black Ink and colored her with Copic markers. Next, I went over her eyes with a black Sakura Gelly Roll pen.
Background
For the background, I die cut a piece of MFT’s Kraft cardstock with Simon Says Stamp’s Holiday Knit Background die. Next, I poked out all the circles but left the other die cut pieces in place which makes the cute circle detail pop against the white card base.
Dies
The white focal circle was die cut using a die from Lawn Fawn’s Large Stitched Circle Stackables. The trees were created using Lawn Fawn’s Birch Trees dies and I inked the edges lightly with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide Ink to add a bit of dimension. The heart frame was die cut using a Craftin Desert Divas die (sadly they are no longer in business). The lovely greenery was die cut using Concord and 9th’s Happy Holidays Label and Simon Says Stamp’s Holly Fanfare dies.
Sentiment
The beautiful “merry” sentiment was created with Hello Bluebird’s Christmas Words #1 die set and I completed the sentiment by stamping “have a” and “holiday season” sentiments using Lawn Fawn’s Jalapeño ink.
Finishing Touches
To add finishing touches I sprinkled Simon Says Stamp’s Stay Gold Sequins around the card. I also went over the holly leaves (on the heart frame and the bunny’s head) and the pine cone with Glossy Accents. Next, I added Christmas Red Stickles to the holly berries on the bunnies head as well as one red jewel to the holly berry on the heart frame. Lastly, I went over the bunny’s scarf with a Spectrum Noir Crystal Clear Sparkle pen to add a bit of shine.
Thanks for stopping by and spending a little time with me today!
